The WEP Center aims to advance water resource sensing and treatment technologies and inform actionable policies by conducting precompetitive research. The WEP Center aims to provide innovative solutions to meet drinking water, wastewater and watershed management needs associated with point-of-use/entry technologies, emerging contaminants, sustainability and energy conservation. The WEP center also aims to support the development of a water resource-focused workforce equipped to address and support current and prospective industrial members, including residential and industrial water equipment manufacturers, water utility companies and government agencies serving the water industry.
